Recent activity at the Head
DOC has been busy installing a septic tank system for the new toilet block adjacent to the radar hut.
Meanwhile members of the Trust have continued to work on the radar hut. The hut has been fully lined and a glassed in viewing area has been partitioned off from the display area.
Initial work has also been carried out on painting the archives room and cutting timber for shelving. A final coat is still needed before the shelves can be installed. The Trust now needs to raise funds to enable us to do the radar hut display.
