The Trust is saddened to learn of the death of Madeline Manning just a few days short of her 90th birthday. Maddy was a WAAC based at Godley Head during WW II and has been a member of the Godley Head Heritage Trust from its early days. Maddy passed on to us a wealth of valuable information about the role of the WAAAC's at Godley Head and was always very supportive of events held by the Trust. Our condolences go to her family.
